Main Purposes of the Data Processing:

In the context of IVI RMA Campus NEO, your personal data will be processed for the following specific purposes:

• Management of registration, access, and activity on the IVIRMA Campus Neo training platform.
  Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (registration, progress tracking, certifications, etc.).

• Provision of online training services to IVI Group staff and external collaborators, including professionals in clinical or academic fields.
  Legal basis: Legitimate interest of Fundación IVI in the technical training and professional development of authorized users, as well as in the advancement of its institutional activities.

• Monitoring of user activity, attendance, participation, and learning performance within the Campus.
  Legal basis: Contract performance / legitimate interest.

• Sending informative or educational communications related to the Campus.
  Legal basis: Legitimate interest or consent, depending on the type of content and channel used.

• Responding to inquiries submitted through Campus forms.
  Legal basis: Data subject’s consent.

• Other IVI Group entities (with prior authorization or functional necessity).

• Technology providers acting as data processors, including technical and LMS support services, and other third parties essential for service delivery.
